Charles and Minerva normally picks, packs and ship all in stock orders within 2-4 business days from the time the order was placed.

Charles and Minerva's business day is considered to be Tuesday thru Friday, not including Holidays. Orders placed with Express or

Expedited Shipping before 12 noon, CST will usually ship the next business day (not including Saturdays and Sundays). Orders placed

after 12 noon, CST or orders pending credit card verification will ship the second business day. Allow 4-6 weeks for out of stock and

special ordered merchandise.
